Job Description: EZ EV Electric is a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the scheduling and logistics of our service technicians, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and a commitment to contributing to the future of sustainable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of service technicians for residential and commercial services, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  Work closely with a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  Collaborate with the project coordination team for efficient service delivery.
  Assist in resolving any issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
  Maintain accurate service documentation, including permits, service orders, schedules, and progress reports.
  Generate regular status reports and provide updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
  Familiarity with scheduling software and tools is a plus.
  Experience in a similar role or field is a bonus but not required.

 

Compensation and Benefits: $18-$23/ hr. EZ EV Electric offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits that include health, vision, and dental insurance.
