Job Description: EZ EV Electric is a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical installation projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong communication with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems, extensive experience in the field, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical installations, both residential and commercial, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Lead a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with customers to understand their project requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
Collaborate with the project coordination team for efficient service delivery.
Resolve any issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, service orders, schedules, and progress reports.
Generate regular status reports and provide updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in electrical services, with a proven track record in residential and commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including panel upgrades and complex installations.
Familiarity with residential and commercial load calculations and adherence to electrical codes.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Valid RW License.
Active Driver’s License.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Compensation and Benefits:$65,000 – $90,000/ a year. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
