Job Description: The Journeyman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our
installation projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and be able to manage multiple
projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of EV charger installation projects, including planning, scheduling,
budgeting, and quality control. - Manage a team of technicians and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
to meet project timelines and budget. - Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
and ensure that their needs and expectations are being met. - Ensure that all installations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices. - Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team as needed.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read and interpret blueprints and
schematics. - Knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
- Experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $38 per hour, depending on experience, as well as
