Job Description: EZ EV Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator/Project
Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the
execution of EV charger installation projects. You will conduct site assessments, manage project
timelines and budgets, collaborate with contractors and clients, and ensure compliance with
quality standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination
skills, knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with
stakeholders. This position is built for someone who wants to achieve their personal, professional,

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of EV
charger installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality
standards.
Site Assessment and Design: Conduct site assessments to determine project feasibility,
analyze electrical systems, and collaborate with the engineering team to develop optimal EV
charger installation designs.
Permitting and Approvals: Facilitate the permit acquisition process by coordinating with local
authorities, utilities, and other relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and
approvals for project execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors,
vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Effectively communicate
project updates, resolve any issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to ensure that all EV
charger installations meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer
expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project
plans, contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Generate regular project status
reports and provide updates to management.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive yearly wage of $50k-$65 based on
experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes
health, vision, and dental insurance.
