electric vehicle charging solutions installations. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a
crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our EV charger installation projects from start to
finish. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent project
management and estimating skills to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Project Manager:
- Manage and oversee multiple EV charger installation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely
completion within budget and meeting quality standards. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to develop
project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and
effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues or concerns, and
ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. - Track project milestones, deliverables, and financials using project management tools and
systems. - Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients, addressing any
changes or deviations from the original plan. - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project efficiency and
effectiveness.
Estimator :
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to accurately estimate materials, labor, and
equipment costs. - Prepare detailed project estimates, including cost breakdowns, quantities, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to review proposals and provide accurate and competitive
pricing for EV charger installation projects. - Research and stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices related to EV
charger installations and associated electrical work. - Support the sales team in client meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise
and explaining project scopes and estimates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field
(preferred) OR equivalent work experience in project management and estimating. - Proven experience in project management and estimating, preferably in the electrical or
construction industry. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, with an understanding of EV
charger installation requirements and best practices. - Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project
requirements. - Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000-$150,000
based on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package
that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
