Job Description: EZ EV Electric is a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the residential sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring that high-quality standards are met in all residential services.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of residential sales, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Manage and motivate a team of residential sales professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Work closely with the project coordination team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Resolve any issues that arise during the sales process promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and progress reports.
Generate regular status reports and provide updates to management.
- At least 2 years of experience in residential sales.
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and EV charger installations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Must have an active Driver’s License.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Compensation and Benefits: Up to $80,000 a year +commision. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes salary and performance-based incentives. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
