Job Description

We are a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be tasked with managing a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, and liaising with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and EV charger installations. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable transportation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of residential services, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Manage a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Collaborate with the project coordination team for efficient service delivery.
Resolve any issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate service documentation, including permits, service orders, schedules, and
progress reports.
Generate regular status reports and provide updates to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in service management, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and EV charger installations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $24-$28 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
