Job Description: We are a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Service Manager. In this role, you
will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be tasked with managing a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, and liaising with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and EV charger installations. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of residential services, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Manage a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the project coordination team for efficient service delivery.
- Resolve any issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including permits, service orders, schedules, and
progress reports. - Generate regular status reports and provide updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service management, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and EV charger installations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of $24-$28 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
