Job Description: EZ EV Electric is a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. You will work with a team of dedicated technicians, coordinate schedules, and interact with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of electrical systems and EV charger installations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that projects meet and exceed high-quality standards.
Work closely with a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Coordinate with the project coordination team for efficient project delivery.
Resolve any issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, service orders, schedules, and progress reports.
Generate regular status reports and provide updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a superintendent role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and EV charger installations.
Experience with code compliance and industry best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Must have an active Driver’s License.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Compensation and Benefits:$65,000 – $100,000/ a year. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
